COPS have sealed off a busy Edinburgh road following reports of a serious crash.
Officers raced to the capital’s Dundee Street, in Dalry, after the alarm was raised around 5:30pm.
Dundee Street is closed in both directions at Fowler Terrace while emergency crews respond to the incident.
Images from the scene show a several police vehicles in attendance.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police and emergency services are dealing with a serious road crash on Dundee Street, Dalry, Edinburgh.
“Dundee Street is closed in both directions at Fowler Terrace. Officers were called to the crash around 5.30pm.
“Alternative routes should be sought until further notice.”
