A SCHOOLBOY has been rushed to hospital after being “struck” by a car in Glasgow.
The 10-year-old lad was taken to the city’s Royal Hospital for Children after the alarm was raised this morning.


Police Scotland said officers responded to reports of a collision involving a vehicle and the youngster on Dalmarnock Road at around 11.30am.
His condition is not known.
Emergency services attended and a stretch of the road was cordoned off to allow investigations.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.30am on Saturday, September 28, we were called to a report of a 10-year-old boy struck by a car on Dalmarnock Road, Glasgow.
“He has been taken to the Royal Hospital for Children.”
