A TEENAGER is fighting for his life following an e-scooter smash on a Scots road.
The 18-year-old was rushed to hospital in the early hours of this morning following the crash on Holmbyre Road in Castlemilk, Glasgow just after midnight.

A 16-year-old who was also injured was taken to hospital but later released.
However the 18-year-old remains in a critical condition at the city’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
The road was closed for more than six hours to allow collision investigators to examine the scene.
Road Policing Sergeant Jim Dewar said: “We don’t believe at this time there was any other vehicle involved, however our enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.
“I’d like to appeal to the public for help. Were you in the area around the time and witnessed what happened or perhaps saw the e-scooter before the crash?
“Do you have dashcam footage which has captured the e-scooter or anything else of importance? If you do, please get in touch with us.”
Anyone with information is urged to call Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 0028 of 23 February.
