Concerns grew for him after he missed an important appointment.

He was last seen on Perth High Street around 2.50pm on Christmas Eve.

CCTV footage shows him walking along the main street in the city wearing a jacket and a hoodie.

People have been urged to keep their eyes peeled for Duncan and report any sightings.

A description has also been issued to help people find him.

Duncan is white with a white beard, he is approximately 5ft 8 inches in height and medium build.

When last seen he was wearing a black jacket, a grey hooded top with a light-coloured jumper underneath, black trousers and brown boots with red laces.

Police have also urged people to check any sheds and outbuildings in case he has tried to get away from the rain or cold.

Constable Cameron Sutherland said: “We have been reviewing CCTV images from in and around the city centre and we are appealing to anyone who may have seen Duncan to contact us.

“I would also ask people to check any sheds or outbuildings in case Duncan has sought shelter.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 1672 of 24 December, 2024.
