A MAN has been arrested after a woman was found dead in a Scots flat.
Emergency crews were alerted to the tragedy and raced to the scene on Glen Lee in East Kilbride.

Residents told how they saw scores of uniformed cops and medics storm onto the scene around 12pm.
The sound of sirens filled the streets as emergency vehicles tore onto the residential estate.
A 26-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death.
A neighbour who watched the drama unfold told of their shock at seeing cops in the normally quiet street in the town’s St Leonard’s.
She said: “I was sitting watching TV and all of a sudden five or six cop cars and two ambulances came roaring into the street with their sirens going.
“They raced into the close and officers tore up the stairs.
“The cops have put up a cordon and they are standing guard at both entrances to the flat.
“I’ve lived here for years and never seen anything like it.”
Police officers are still guarding the scene, with an area outside the homes being taped off.
But Police Scotland has said they are still probing the death but reassured locals there was no risk to the public.
A spokesperson said: “Around 12.10pm on Monday, 18 November, 2024, we were called to the death of a woman at a flat on Glen Lee in East Kilbride.
“A 26-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the alleged incident and enquiries are ongoing.
